What is the Senbeb Natural Foods Buying Club?

The Senbeb Buying Club is an option offered to all Senbeb customers, and members, which allows them to purchase bulk items at a reduced cost from the SRP (suggested retail price). Senbeb Natural Foods Buying Club customers will be charged ___% (TBD) above the wholesale cost.

What is required for a Senbeb Buying Club order?

A customer's name, phone number, and a $___ (TBD) deposit, is all that is needed to place a Senbeb Buying Club order. There is no minimum monetary order requirement. Our only requirement is that a customer order at least one case, or one bulk sized item. An example of a bulk sized item, would be a bag of beans, or grains, or a case of a food or beverage item. If a customer wants an item not carried by our major distributor, UNFI (United Natural Foods Inc.), then a customer may be required to pay a shipping fee. 

Who can order from the Senbeb Buying Club?

Anyone can order from the Senbeb Buying Club! There is a $___(TBD) membership fee. The Senbeb Buying Club are for members looking to buy what they normally buy and save money doing it!

When is the Senbeb Buying Club order placed and ready for pick up?

The Senbeb Buying Club places the majority of bulk orders with UNFI (United Natural Foods Inc.) is placed every Thursday morning. The UNFI order is scheduled for delivery the very next day on Friday, however, sometimes UNFI deliveries are delayed and won’t arrive until Saturday, or the following week.

Why would someone order from the Senbeb Buying Club?

Why wouldn't someone order from the Senbeb Buying Club? It's simple, saves money, and doesn't take a lot of extra time.

How do I place a Senbeb Buying Club order and pick it up?

New members need to sign up by clicking the ‘My Account’ and ‘Register’ menu options. Once registered, the next step is to pay the $___(TBD) membership fee, and you are done.

To pre-pay for one or more bulk items, use the menu options to search for one or more items and add them to your cart.

After you are finished adding items to your cart, simply pay using a debit, or credit, card using our secure online SecureSubmit payment gateway.

The majority of our bulk items come from UNFI (United Natural Foods Inc.), which arrive on Friday, assuming they are in stock.

If your card has not cleared our bank by Thursday morning, you will have to wait the following week to receive your order.

If you pay on Monday morning, this usually provides enough time for your card to clear, and for us to enter your order with UNFI, so that it will arrive on Friday.
